The Algeria International Channel “AL24news” officially apologized for publishing the Arab world’s map with borders Which also showed a map of Morocco without its desert.
The channel said In its apology, “AL24news apologizes for using a map of the Arab world other than the one approved by the Arab League.” And added, “Algeria International Channel confirms that the matter is a technical error from the graphics department”.
This denial comes after the Algeria International Channel AL24 News published a map of the Arab world on its website that contrary to what is stated by the League of Arab States, aroused the anger of the Moroccan delegation.
The League of Arab States confirmed that it adopted the Arab world’s map without showing the borders between countries, in order to reinforce the concept of Arab unity.
