The Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Mr Nasser Bourita arrived today in Algeria a few hours before the holding of the Arab foreign ministers’ preparatory meeting for the Arab summit that will be held on the first and second of November.

Bourita has arrived in Algeria by a flight from Guinea-Bissau, after holding talks with Guinean President Amr Sissoko Embalo, as an envoy of King Mohammed VI.

The Bourita’s visit to Algeria is the first of its kind for a Moroccan politician after Algeria severed its diplomatic ties with Morocco due to the Sahara conflict.
