After winning the international competition “My Thesis in 180 seconds” in Canada, the Moroccan Jihan Kanfaoui is living now with pride and gratitude for the huge support she got from the International and National audience.

In the same matter, Jihan confimed in a special call with “Bladna24eng”, that “the competition opened the way for her to learn new topics, and to explore new ideas for the other competitors from all over the world.”

Jihan added, “The skill gained from the competition is to gain speed in explaining the most important points of the thesis in front of a committee whose members represent different countries, which made the challenge more powerful and important.”

Jihan said that “her thesis was on the topic of diseases affecting grape trees in Morocco, which is considered as the first disease of its kind. She explained that the competition obliges the researcher to include his own thesis in a period do not exceed 3 minutes, in the same time it should be understandable to all.”

The Moroccan researcher explained, “The competition knew the participation of 20 people representing a group of countries.”
